There is a limitation with standard IF technique to obtain more than 3-4 markers on a single slide. Multiplexing methods allow overpassing this barrier. The different techniques to get higher amount of markers on a sample are being highly investigated in the research domain.
In the diagnostics field, the possibility to multiplex markers on a single sample would open up whole new capabilities for co-localizing biomarkers and therefore get more information for a better diagnosis.
Main focus: Research laboratories
Multiplexing tests using Lunaphore
Sample types: FFPE
Staining time: 15min per marker
